The OMNI Difference
More Than a Chemical Supplier
Anyone can deliver chemicals. OMNI delivers the expertise, service, and support that
help water and wastewater systems operate with confidence.
From laboratory testing and custom chemical formulations to field support, operator
training, and reliable delivery, we work alongside our customers as a true extension of
their team.
Comprehensive Testing & Reporting
Good decisions start with good data.
Our team collects noncompliance samples directly from your facility, eliminating
additional work for your operators. Samples are analyzed through our laboratory
services, and we provide clear, detailed reporting that identifies potential issues before
they become compliance problems.
By the time your required compliance samples are submitted, you already have a clear
picture of your water quality—and the confidence to know what to expect.
Delivery That Goes Beyond Chemicals
Our trucks may deliver chemicals, but our service doesn’t stop there.
OMNI can pick up compliance samples during routine visits and transport them to our
Tulsa laboratory—or even to other Tulsa-area laboratories when needed.
That means less time driving samples and more time operating your plant. All of OMNI's
Delivery Techs are well versed in daily plant operations, tankage, DEQ storage
requirements and unloading options.
Custom Chemical Solutions
No two water systems are exactly alike, and water quality can change with seasons,
source conditions, and operational demands.
When an existing treatment program isn’t delivering the results you need, our team can
perform jar testing, evaluate your water chemistry, and develop a custom treatment
solution specifically for your system.
For customers requiring specialized formulations, we can manufacture and maintain
dedicated blends so the right product is ready when you need it.
In-House Manufacturing Blending
OMNI operates its own modern chemical blending facility with approximately 150,000
gallons of storage capacity, giving us greater control over product availability,
formulation, and quality. Our in-house capabilities allow us to respond quickly, manufacture specialized blends,
and maintain the inventory our customers depend on.

Logistics
Our logistics capabilities extend well beyond our blending facility. OMNI operates a
diverse fleet of stainless-steel tankers, FRP tankers, straight trucks, and hot-shot
flatbeds, supported by our Tulsa rail spur, giving us the flexibility to source and move
products across North America and internationally. Unlike many suppliers, we don’t rely
on common carriers for our inbound bulk loads—we pick up products directly from the
manufacturer.
By controlling transportation from the source to our facility and ultimately
to the customer, we maintain greater control over product handling, traceability, and
quality throughout the entire supply chain.
Field Service That Sets Us Apart
This is where the OMNI difference becomes most apparent.
Every OMNI field consultant comes to us with real-world water treatment experience. In
fact, prior experience as a water treatment plant operator is a requirement for the
position. That means the person walking into your plant has stood where you stand,
understands the challenges operators face, and knows that treatment decisions have
consequences far beyond simply choosing a chemical.
Our consultants are water treatment professionals - not chemical salespeople. They
aren’t commissioned, they don’t work toward sales quotas, and their job isn’t to sell you
more product. Their job is to help your system operate effectively and efficiently.
Whether you’re troubleshooting a treatment issue, optimizing chemical feed, responding
to changing raw water conditions, or dealing with an emergency in the middle of the
night, you have an experienced operator you can call 24/7 without having to go through
a 1-800 number.
We also operate using a single point of contact methodology. Your consultant will get
to know your plant, your treatment process, your water source, your equipment, and
your operational challenges - and will remain your primary point of contact. When a
problem arises, you don't have to start over with someone who has never set foot in
your facility or explain your system to a different person every time you call. You call
someone who already knows your plant and understands its history.
Whether you're troubleshooting a treatment issue, optimizing chemical feed, responding
to changing raw water conditions, or dealing with an emergency in the middle of the
night, you have an experienced professional who already understands your operation.
We don’t just understand the chemistry. We understand your plant, your challenges and
the job you do everyday.
7. Operator Training & Continuing Education
Great treatment programs require knowledgeable operators.
OMNI operates a DEQ-certified training center dedicated to continuing education and
operator certification, providing courses for water and wastewater professionals
throughout the region.
From certification requirements to license renewals and continuing education, we help
operators maintain their credentials while strengthening the knowledge they use every
day in the plant.
Current classes and training opportunities are available on our Events page.
Experience the OMNI Difference.
The difference between a chemical vendor and a treatment partner becomes clear

OMNI is there before, during, and after the delivery.
